OUR HISTORY
Ineco Group announces the acquisition of a 65% stake in Dimension CJSC, an investment company. Recently, Ineco Group’s CEO, David Baloyan, and Dimension’s founder-shareholder, David Hakobyan, signed an agreement through which Ineco Group became the controlling shareholder of Dimension. The transaction received approval from the Central Bank of Armenia.
